Returns & Exchanges

At DeMellier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the item in its original dust bag and packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
